COMPENSATION

Respite: Starting at $10.50 per Hr.

  Attendant Care: Starting at $10.80 per Hr.

 Habilitation Starting at $12.00 per Hr.

  IDLA STAFF: Starting at $10.50 per Hr.

Things to always consider before working for any vendor supplying services:

How long have they been in business?

  Do they provide benefits?

 Do they provide incentives?

Do they provide you training, or do you have to pay for it out of pocket?

Do they reimburse you when you drive your client into the community?

 Do they offer to pay you a few cents more an hour but don't offer benefits?

 As a requirement to work for them, do they require you to be a 1099 sub-contractor?

 

 REMEMBER: As a sub-contractor, please realize the following before you sign anything!

  (1) If you become a sub-contractor, and become injured, you will not be covered under workman's compensation!

(2) So if you are injured while working with a client, how are you going to pay your bills?

 (3) How are you going to pay all of your medical expenses?

 No matter what the company promises you, do your research before you work for them!
