A New Horizon, LLC. was established in 2009 by Kristy Baril, dedicated to enriching the lives of our clients every hour of the day and night. We are contracted with the State of Arizona as a Qualified Vendor, to provide Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) to the Arizona Developmentally Delayed population, as identified by the Arizona Division of Economic Securities, and the Arizona Department of Development Disabilities.

The mission of A New Horizon has always been to make our clients our top priority. A New Horizon is dedicated to continuing those long term relations that have been built over the years, and nurture those recent client bonds, by working closely with our clients and their families. We put in place qualified trained staff with 24/7 support, and uphold our business model every moment of the day.
